1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and registering on Blaze Print as a Retailer, Distributor, or Super Distributor, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this portal.

2. Portal Usage & Restrictions

Our portal is designed exclusively for authorized retailers and B2B users to assist their customers with document printing (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, RC, etc.) and recharge services. You agree to:

• Use the services strictly for legal and authorized purposes.
• Not misuse the APIs, automated PDF generation systems, or any data provided by the portal.
• Take full responsibility for verifying the consent of the customer whose document is being generated or printed.

3. Account Responsibility & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Username, Password, OTPs). Any activity, transaction, or print request generated from your account will be deemed as authorized by you. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Wallet Payments, Charges & Refunds

Our portal operates on a pre-paid wallet system. You must add funds to your wallet to utilize our print and recharge services.

• Charges: A specific amount will be deducted from your wallet for every successful document print or recharge transaction.
• Refunds: If a document fails to generate due to server issues, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet. However, no refunds will be provided for successful document generations or successful recharges.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable to bank accounts and must be utilized within the portal services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services on Blaze Print are provided "as is". We act as a third-party service facilitator using various APIs. We do not guarantee that the generated PDFs or data will be 100% error-free, as it depends on the source servers. We are not an official government website; we only provide tools to assist retailers.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms & Conditions or engage in any fraudulent activities.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
